Attorneys : Kristin J. Milano

Kristin J. Milano is a 2005 graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. While in law school, Ms. Milano served as an intern at the Workers’ Compensation Court for the 5 th District under Judges Pamela Moses-Laramore and Jason Ourso. Ms. Milano was  a member of the Legal Association for Women at LSU, and in her third year served as president of the organization.

Prior to joining Nicaud & Sunseri, Ms. Milano was the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Donald W. Hebert of the 27 th Judicial District Court in Opelousas, Louisiana.

Ms. Milano’s practice consists of workers’ compensation defense and general litigation with a focus on Hurricane Katrina litigation.
