Nicaud & Sunseri Law Firm is conducting a Free Seminar as a service to the general public on insurance issues arising from losses from Hurricane Gustav and Hurricane Ike. The free seminar will address “flood v. wind” damage, contents coverage, loss of use, actual living expenses (ALE) and business interruption. Also, the seminar will address options for deficient payment or late payment of damages arising from an insurance contract. Mr. Albert Nicaud and Mr. J. Douglas Sunseri will be conducting the seminar. The initial 2 hours of the seminar will consist of new developments relating to the above topics and the last hour will be reserved for questions and answers.
