Frank Thomas Fradella’s practice primarily consists of real estate transactions, mortgage foreclosures and real estate title curative work. Mr. Fradella is a licensed title insurance agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Other areas of practice include all matters of family law, including domestic litigation, wills and estates and succession law. Mr. Fradella represents several local Businesses on an ongoing basis

Prior to joining the firm as a partner in 1998, Mr. Fradella maintained a solo practice in civil litigation, and served as a staff attorney for the Winters Title Agency, Inc. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Fradella, advised and assisted a host of clients including individuals and corporate entities both local and international. Before starting his career as a solo practitioner, Mr. Fradella served as General Counsel to the Benson Automotive World. Mr. Fradella through his title company, "The Fradella Land and Title Exchange, LTD." is an approved closing attorney for most major lending institutions and conducts title transactions throughout South Louisiana.
