Attorneys : Timothy P. Farrelly

Timothy P. Farrelly has represented insurance companies, small businesses and individuals in all types of civil litigation. He recently joined the firm in 2006. Shortly after graduating from Loyola Law School in 1990, he began his legal career as a law clerk in the 34st Judicial District Court. He then became associated with the law firm of Becknell, Heigle and McDaniel, where he practiced in the area of real estate, succession, personal injury and commercial litigation. He also became a licensed agent for First American Title Insurance Company and closed numerous real estate transactions.

In 1997, he joined the firm of Keifer and Keifer and represented insurers and self-insured entities in automobile, property and casualty litigation. In 2003, he became associataed with the law firm of Haily McNamara and continued to represent insurers and small business and property, automobile and casualty litigation. He has extensive litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts.
