In 1994, Nicaud & Sunseri Law Firm in Metairie, Louisiana was established to create a new type of law firm to operate differently than typical law firms in the Greater New Orleans area. We envisioned a firm that was more energetic, agile and responsive to a new generation of clients for insurance/casualty, corporate, employment, worker’s compensation, and personal injury, estate and family law matters.

Recently, Nicaud & Sunseri, L.L.C. Law Firm has modified its practice to address the numerous challenges and legal questions posed by Hurricane Katrina. Our law firm is providing services to assist our clients, homeowners, business owners and corporations in negotiating claims and settlements with their insurers. Our law firm is formulating and submitting claims for reimbursement and/or repairs to structure, contents, loss of use, actual living expenses (ALE) and business interruption for our present clients and new clients. Additionally, our firm is assisting businesses and corporations in reconfiguring its structure to address the changing market conditions in a post-Katrina environment. Also, our firm is addressing the needs of homeowners and business owners in post-Katrina real estate transaction and leases. Our firm is also now accepting immigration cases.
